Artist Management
After about 25 years in the music business and countless hours of advising Bands and musicians on how to pursue their dreams, I came to realize there was a huge gap in the independent music industry. With everything that goes into starting his or her music career there is really nobody out there helping artist start those careers. Now a standard management contract supposes that the artist will in fact stay with the program and will pay a dividend to the many hours of hard work on the part of the Artists Manager. While most Management contracts call for between 15 and 20% off the top for the manager, most dedicated managers will not want to take on an artist unless they have already started some sort of buzz. For this reason I have developed an inexpensive system to help artists get started.
This plan has several levels of involvement.
Level One:
One time Organizational Consult:
This includes a
- 2 hour interview with the artist where we establish
- Goals
- Objectives
- Operating plans and a time line.
- A follow up written plan of action for the artist over the short term.
The cost on this service is a one-time $50.00 fee.
One time Performance Critique:
This service is
A written critique of the artists performance.
The critique is based on three separate performances
